You can ask us to permanently delete your Enclira account and the personal data associated with it. Submit the form below with the email address or phone number registered to your account, and we'll verify ownership before removing anything.

Deletion is permanent. Once a request is processed, the account cannot be restored and the data listed below cannot be recovered — you would need to sign up again as a new member.

What we delete

Removed permanently from Enclira once your request is processed:

  • Your user profile, including name, contact details, and profile photo.
  • Chat messages you have sent and received.
  • Group histories and your membership in those groups.
  • Photos and videos you have uploaded.
  • Matrimonial matching data, including your preferences and match history.

What we keep

Retained after deletion, because financial and legal audit obligations require it:

  • Receipts for payments, donations, and other transactions.
  • Transactional ledger records used for financial and legal audit compliance.
